All investigations are performed in accordance with various State guidelines. All samples collected for evaluation are sent to various state certified laboratories. Phase 2 Assessments include intrusive testing to evaluate environmental conditions detected during Phase 1 Assessments.  These can include:

• Soil Boring Installation and Testing
• Lead Paint Testing
• Asbestos Testing
• Soil and Groundwater Analysis and Testing
